Do you host private events?

Yes, we would be happy to help plan your private event. Please reach out to info@ctpball.com to discuss options.

What equipment do I need to play at your facility?

Please come to play with rubber soled sneakers and athletic clothing. You are welcome to bring your own paddle or use one of our paddles. Balls will be provided.

Do you have memberships available?

Memberships are available! Reach out to info@ctpball.com for more information.

Where do I park?

Entrance to our site should be done off the Route 135 side of the building. Follow the signs for Clock Tower Pickleball. Parking is in the small lot across the bridge behind the back of the building. Please see the parking graphic in the 'About Us' section of the website.

Do you have times for open play?

All open play times are shown on our scheduling platform ctp.pickleplanner.com We have Open Play times for all skill levels.

How can I stay updated on events and tournaments at Clock Tower Pickleball?

You can sign up for our newsletter, or check our scheduling page at ctp.pickleplanner.com

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance will result in a refund minus a $5 booking fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations inside 24 hours of your reserved time.

Do I have to sign a waiver to play at your facility?

All players must sign a waiver before they will be allowed to play on our courts. Waivers are available as part of the account setup process when booking a court at ctp.pickleplanner.com

How will minors sign the waiver?

Minors under the age of 18 should have their parent or legal guardian create an account at ctp.picklplanner.com and sign the waiver. As part of the waiver process, there is a form where minors names can be listed and included on the waiver.
